Citizen Gas enterprise — Never Pick the Phone

Sir,

I am a customer of the Citizen Gas Enterprises and my customer no. 17292. I am customer of this agency from las arount 2 years. I have some no. of this gas agencey these are[protected],[protected], [protected] all of these no. are useless because they never pick any of the phone.

Kindly take some action aganinst them or they should provide any no. on which they will pick the phone.

Dear Sir,

We are having LPG connection Consumer No: 18390 with The Neelam Gas enterprises, Shop No. E-389, MCF-5703, Sanjay Colony, Sector-23-24 Main Road, Faridabad-121005. We are getting the supply regularly from 2001 to till now. But I am facing some trouble i.e. they never booked the gas number for the customer on their agencie's given phone number and always their number will be busy in the working hours.

Please make needful action as soon as possible

This same problem is with me also, they never pick the phone for gas booking. my consumer no is N 30487

And no action is taken against them by any one.
