[Resolved]  Neena Sharma, the Guru Kirpa Fraud — Immigration Company cheating for work permits

Sir i have given 5 lacs to guru kripa enterprises in feb 2010.from dat time they were just misguiding me and finally in may i said them to give me money back for which they had given me cheque which were bounced on due date.then i called them for money n stop picking up my phone n had not given my money back.on the basis of those reciepts n cheques i have filled case against them but whenever police people go to there office they simply say our madam is not in office.in indirect way they dnt want to return that money.i need help to get back my money.pls help me
