Onida split A/C Model: 18 SLH Purchased on 20th March 09.
I have 2 Onida split a/c units. The first one was installed in August 2008, Model 18 SLM, and is working fine since it was instaleed.
The 2nd Unit 18 SLH was installed in April 09, and gave trouble after installation - cooling was insufficient. Attended twice by Onida Technicians, cooling improved but is still far inferior to the first unit.
The Technician said this is OK but the effect is not satisfactory.
Have registered another complaint with Onida, complaint no. 57770 dated 6th July, and would request Onida Rep. to look into the matter and find a permanent solution. Was this information helpful? |
