[Resolved]  NEFT monet transfer — Money not credited even after seven days

The amounts have been been transfered on 7th morning and till now the amounts have not been credited to my account.
I searched the Reserve bank website and sent a complaint to [protected]@rbi.org.in. The mail was bounced with the reason that the inbox is full ! ! I could not speak to any IOB officer as they are too busy attending to their own work.

HDFC Bank — Didn't receive DD ordered through Phone banking

i had ordered a DD on monday through phone banking.
i was promised that i will get the DD on tuesday evening.

The DD didnt come, When i checked with them again on tuesday evening, they said the deadline for delivering the DD at home was till Wednesday.
i didnt received the DD on wednesday as well.

so, i lodge a complaint in phone banking again.
i was taking a regular followup with them on daily basis. but there is no reply. they keep throwing me from one desk to other. the amount was the maximum that i could ask for through phone banking.

i need that money urgently.
since the money has been converted into DD, i am not able to use it. and at the same time beneficiary is pressuring me for the payment.

the bank coldly says we will update you on the daily basis, but they have not contacted me even a single time. rather i have lost considerable amount in making phone calls.
The bank says they will respond within 7 days but i can not wait that long.

please guide me what should be done.
is monetary compensation possible from the bank? if yes, how should i go about it?
i plan to change the Bank due to poor quality of service. But at the same time i want to lodge the complaint for the same. Please let me know how should i go about it.

Axis Bank — regarding non response of payments to be credited

I am a customer in axis bank under the account no [protected] in poolapalli branch near by palakol which is in west godavari district in andhra pradesh.
I have taken a crop loan in this bank and made my payments regularly and these people are making mischeif like taking a cheque and making into my account, and after that transfering the amounts into diffrent accounts which are suitable to their payments without my permission and knowledge.
There is a recent example which on dated[protected], i have issued a cheque for Rs.145000{one lakh and forth five thousand rupees only} which they have taken into my account no [protected] my savings account and after that they posted tht amount to my crop loan amount in diffrent accounts without my permission and notice to my knowledge.
And there was also another issue in the same manner on dt[protected] for rs 195000 which they have done so much mischeif without our notice they doing their kind and without my permission.
And after that the feild officer mr.praveen kumar and also the brach manager were also in the same answer without making to satisfy the coustmer with proper explanation.
He said yu can do wht ever you can i dont mind.
So in this case pls try to solve the issue with politness and gentelness without disputes.
Kindly persue the matter seriously

State Bank of India — credit of account not done after passing of 22 days

my complaint is against this SBI bank situated in Nakhas area of Lucknow, Uttar pradesh. the problem is that my freind visited the bank on 10.08.2009 to deposit 3800/- in my account in delhi khureji khas branch having no [protected], but till date the said amount has not been credited in my account. My freind has visited the bank a nos of times but all complaints have resulted nothing. the bank manager only assures my friend but does nothing.i have come to know that the dealing clerk has credited the amount in wrong account.
i request through this portal that my complaint may kindly be rectified and amount of Rs3800/- may kindly be credited in my account.

Andhra Bank — no action even after 34 days after complaining

we didn't receive any communication for the complaint logged by us even after 38 days .we have logged a complaint on[protected] regarding the trouble given by the bank manager in departmental transactions. we request u to please take the necessary action.

I deposited a cheque for rS.6.60,000/- to my a/c no. [protected] at pas rd. br., kolkata on13.09.2009. the amount is not credited to my a/c till 16.09 when a dew money from atm vide record no.7284.

ICICI Bank — Wrong internet online transaction to wrong beneficiary

I transferred 20 K amount to wrong beneficiary name which i did on Date of Payment : 07/07/2009 Till now bank official are stating that will be done in week time , i also submitted all the details by filling up the form on Indemnity Bond form on 100 rs stamp paper Please help me in this regard

i am having SB Account in ICICI Bank. in the Last week they blocked XXXXX amount in my account as a no lien with prior intimation to me. I am Suggesting to pubilc please close your account in ICICI and open it some Bank. This ICICI Bank Woprst Bank in the World. i think the management people are planning to close this bank. Please withdraw your amount from ICICI Bank

HDFC Limited — Not received Voter ID card for my family

Sir,

I am residing at First Floor, Vetri Flats, No 29A Sababathy Street, Ullagaram, Chennai 600091. We have applied for Voters ID Card for my family for the three persons. Me, K. Suresh, My wife, S. Vidyalakshmi, and my mother K. Janaki. During recent election I could only vote with the ration card. As per our existing ration card no. 02/G/0632575 our address is 34/36 Sababathy Street, Ullagaram, Chennai 600 091. We have even mentioned this new address recently when we applied for the new ration card. Kindly do the needful to issue our voter's ID cards. We do not know our id card nos too.

Money Transfer — Non-credit of money transfer

Sir,

I would like to bring to your kind notice that My Father Mr. John Thomas has transferred funds from State Bank of India, Meenambakkam Airport Branch, Chennai to my account Thomas P John, Standard Chartered Bank, P O Box 999, Al Mankhool Road, Dubai U.A.E, a/c no:[protected], for my family expenses on the 24th of Feb 2010. I still haven't got the funds transferred to my account. When checked with my bankers in Dubai they confirmed that the intimation of funds transfer has taken place but no funds has been credited to the account by the host bankers. They also confirmed me that the intermediate bank has to transfer the funds which has not taken place and that we should intimate the State Bank of India to do the needful.

I request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest for the delay of the funds arriving to my account it is now more than 10 days, and this has never happened before.

Kindly do reply and do the needful at the earliest.

Dear sir,
I am maitaining saving AC in andrabank from three years. on feb 24 Rs.1000 money has not received from ATM but deducted in my acc. I have given complaint to branch office. Complaint no:[protected]. ATM dept has shown the report money transation has done. So they clearly said you will not receive the money. So Now what I should do. Should I complaint to M/s.RBI or not. This very very bad. This thing may happen to any acc holder. Due to this thing customer hopes will go on bank.

State Bank of India — money transfer through in ICICI bank

SIR ON 11.05.2010 I USED ATM OF STATE BANK OF PATIALA SIRHIND .THERE WERE TWO OPTIOS IN THE ATM .....BANKING ....TRANSFERS
