[Resolved]  Neighbor — WestBengal - Midnapore-Harassment and life threat from neighbor

My mother stays alone in our house. She is 65 year old heart patient.Sometimes my brother visits my mom.One of our neigbour is harrasing my mother mentally.Since two moths he is parking his car in front of our main gate.When we asked him to not park here, he started abusing my mother and my brother too. He told"I will demolish your house.I will kill you and our son.He will be fully drunk." Everday..he is abusing our family and my mom.Also he is telling "you dont know what can i do."For my mother its becoming very difficult to bare all these at this age.We have already reported this to our area commissioner.But its been a month he didn't do anything.Now it has become a life threat for my family.And my mom is becoming seriously ill.As she stays alone its very much risky for her . We have also informed other neighbours regarding this.But nothing happend yet.We are really scared and dont know what to do....Please help me.

PLEASE DO SOMTHING and HELP US TO GET RID OF THIS.
