even i have a site in Arunachalam property developers, two sites, and one person by Name philips has already built home and is upset for want of pwer, no power during day time, only in night power is given, occupiers or owners tell the developer has not paid BEscom fees, and sites are not kept neat.But water is available for 24hours
why is subregistrar registering site without verifying BMRDA, either owners are not ok or subregistrar, who will escalate it to govt authorities

The society is the biggest and beautiful, but required power for 24 Hours then land price will go up, the developer i believe will take remedial steps, since only ten houses are built, the developer may be wating for some houses to come, The security and water arrangement is excellent. we have to wait and see, the earlier referred name is not the real name, its bulb name given for hiding identity of person .
This and more has been the fate of most of the customers who have been investing with unheard off developers. There is no mechanism to check the correctness of the layout as the babus are hand in gloves with these developers. Ideally revenue inspectors should inform the authorities about all illegal layouts being formed without proper conversions and approvals.. But they dont seem to see. The government has also issued release letters for plots that could be sold in approved layout and only these need to be registered, however there are many developers who sell unreleased plots (in approved layouts) and the sub registrars are going ahead with registrations.The banks and financial institutions are closing their eyes and funding such transactions also.. There is no end. I guess the last comment has come from the developer himself.-ashok
I too have two sites there. is it possible to form a group by all o[censored]s and see what can be done now. No in wasting time over what has happend so far. I am sure, with all our support together we can do things better there. Pls call me on my cell for any suggestions. [protected]...
what is the current status of the layout? are all the plots approved? is it safe to buy a plot in this layout though i am not willing to construct any thing currently. it this legally ok to buy property in this layout. Please suggest me.

I have visited NET City yesterday, situations mentioned in the complaints are improved and most of them resolved.
Electricity supply is there and KEB/BESCOM power lines are there.
There are 6 -8 bore wells and huge Water tank in the 207 acre Layout.
Looks like Some actions are taken to ensure water supply is there, some house owners have their own bore wells at their own cost,
now a days this is the norm in most of the layouts in Bangalore since some bore wells may dry up even this happens in City limitsand Whitefield, RammurthiNagar areas etc. due to eratic supply by BMC,
It also have 5-8 houses built up and different stages of construction including some new luxury villas under construction by new owners.
Some sites/plots in the initial 500 meters to 1 KM distance in the Netcity Layout are commanding price o[censored]p to 1600 persq. ft.
All the original builders sites are sold long before and some resale plotsmay be available and anybody can contact the builders office and find out the price in the area.
Price starts from 1200 to 1500 depending on distance from Main Sarjapura Attibelle road from the entrance of this 207 acre layout..
Themore near the Main road and 60 Ft road your plot is the more rate you can quote.

I have recently visited the plot and the situation does not seem to have improved wrt the roads, wild bushes maintainance etc. I recollect seeing less than 10 houses in the entire layout. The agent I was with was asking for a price of 1500Rs/sqft while boasting nearby localities/builders are quoting 2200+ and this is by far the most reasonable price.
He quote a maintainance charge of 3500/annum, bescom connection readily available, borewell can be dug on request etc.
What do you guys make of it as I seek to buy a 30*40 plot with an eye of the proposed infy/wipro campus as I could in all probability be working for either of thise companies in a year or two.

Any contact numbers available of netcity or Arunachalam people ? I have a site there too but no clue where it is.
The owner association president Narayansami is a crooked guy who extorts money as middleman in all land deals but does nothing to improve the situation in the layout . Recently a new issue has come up where local authorities has put fencing around the adjacent lake about which none of the owners were informed .
Lot of owners are facing issues due to this since it is partially encroaching their land but BEML co-operative society is doing nothing in this regard .

Yes .. The roads are in pathetic condition.. they had collected money for development, but not used. there is an guy in the layout .. seems changing site numbers of each and every site just to create confusion.
