Last Thursday, 4th November, I had booked a 2 nights package trip to OOTY from New Mahaveer Tours & Travels,5,Corporation Complex,Tank Bund Road(Next To Upparpet Police Station), Bangalore-560009. The entire trip was a mess. The room provided to us was shabby, and the bedsheets were dirty and used ones. The tour operator Mr.Srinivas (mobile no. [protected]) had promised a deluxe hotel, but instead put us up in a shabby,unclean Hotel Jaishanti ( tourists beware- Jaishanti means no shanti). The tour day bus was supposed to leave at 9 am, but the local guy, Mr.Suresh (mobile no.[protected]) sent the vehicle at 10.45 am. Because of this non sense approach, and after wasting time for lunch in a damn hotel, they did not show us BOTANICAL GARDENS, can u believe it!!! Also, no Rose park, no Boat house, no SIMs park, the list is endless. So, tourists, beware of New Mahaveer Tours & Travels,5,Corporation Complex,Tank Bund Road(Next To Upparpet Police Station), Bangalore-560009 , the travel frauds....

Thank for such an eye-opening review ! This review would at least stop few people shelling out their hard earned money and ruining precious holidays .

i was a frequent traveler, i got very good service from new mahaveer tours and travels, i was refer to one of my friend to the package tour of mysore ooty coonoor and kodaikanal last week, he also got excellent sevice from the same tour operator, i am not agree from your post.

Dear Friends, I booked a local city tour from Mahaveer travellers... for my parents visit to Bangalore... But the tour was pathatic no hositality and they mess my full trip .. So please beware of this travellor.
