[Resolved]  Newgen Software Technologies limited — Huge Deductions in my Full and Final settlements

This is respect to my concern on the full & Final settlement that I had received from my previous employer Newgen Software technologies Pvt ltd.

I resigned Newgen on 3rd October 2011 by giving one month notice untill 3rd nov as per the company policy and terms and conditions mentioned in my offer letter by mail to my immediate Boss..My resignation was accepted and I received a mail on 10th October that I can be relieved early by 14th october.

When I received the final settlement on 29th Nov 2011, there were deductions stating, deductions against not serving notice period...
In my resignation mail I had clearly stated that i will follow the company policy and serve my notice period.

I have been following with Newgen HR GM Mr.Rajesh Pathak for past 3 + months but no reply from his side.

Newgen had deducted around Rs.40460 in the final settlement.

I can provide you so many mails that i have sent to newgen management if required with other documents like final settlement and offer letter.

Please suggest how can i get my remaining money from them.
