I had bought samsung washing machine on 18-Jul-2012 from Next Vashi Store and got the delivery on 19-Jul-12 evening. During the purchase itself I had specifically asked the showroom manager to check the product before delivering to home .

The following is the details of transaction:

Today ( 21-Jul-2012), the technician from samsung came for demo & installation. While the technician did basic installation (like fixing the pipe line & leveling the ground bolts), he was not conversant with this particular model specifics.. Hence he went off after just switching on the machine.

But later on I observed that water is not coming properly into the machine during washing & rinsing phase. Infact it was coming like few drops. Hence I am unable to use the machine even for 1 single time after purchase.

This issue I have escalated to your store manager in Vashi and to samsung customer care also.. Instead o[censored]nderstanding the issue & helping me, Next showroom manager was at pains in defending the defective product itself. Infact at times denying that the product was having issues at all...

Put up in public interest so that consumer like me who spend their hard earned money dont be cheated with defective product like this
