[Resolved]  Next Retail Shop — Remote not provide

Dear sir,

This is inform you that we was purchased a Videocon AC from you retail shop.
There was not given remot by your shop an assured me that we will provide remote in a week but till date there are not given remote by your end, please resolve me problem.

I have puchased one samsung make TV product code no. 2 CTV 21A530 in the name of Alka Seth bill no 5184 /0273641 Dated 29 March 2009. From Next retail shop Jail road New Delhi. Shop no 1160/1/254.
We are extremly disappoint and dissatisfied after purchase TV from NEXT RETAIL SHOP--
1).after puchase on 29/3/09 there was no demo for 5 days & TV kept ideal at home
2 )after demo on 4/4/09 TV is not working There is no sound from tv Its Audio is not at all working .& also Picture is in very shaby condtion
3) after 4 times person from samsung visited but they are helpless to resolve TV problem & till date
TV is lying in box.
On 6/4/09. We visited along with our TV set to NEXT RETAIL SHOP with a request to replace faulty TV set / replace TV set with other brand/Refund our money
The manger of the NEXT RETAIL SHOP inspected the TVset and agreed for the fault in product but refused to refund money/replace TVset /replacement of set.TV set of another brand (we are ready to pay the diffrence amount)
4)We came at home with faulty TV
5)You are requested to arrang to replace the TVset / refund our money
We have lost faith in NEXT RETAIL SHOP and SAMSUNG product.i
In the case our money not refunded / faulty TVnot replaced.with 3-4 days We are forced to seek the door of consumer court.

It is to bring the fact in all consumers that I had purchased a 1 ton AC (Videocon) but its not working satisafactorily.

I had made the complained to the same outlet but the response was very poor.

so, plz analyze before going to next.

Next Retails India — Faulty Product

Hi,

I had bought a Videocon V1405 from Next Retail via online portal. They have sent me faulty product. I have sent them multiple emails and calls. But to no avail.

Can someone suggest any forward path on this

I purchased Fully automatic Whirlpool washing machine (Model no.650H, Serial no[protected]on 1472011at NEXT RETAIL SHOP Mayur vihar phase-1 Delhi, with two year extended warranty card.(attached all deatils with this mail)Igot a call from your coustomer care centre(Mobile no.[protected])regarding to extend my warranty. i was wondering is my warrantyis extented or Your company was cheated me. please let me know.You have promissed me i will get service from whirlpool but they are not taking responssibilty for ths extented warranty,
