mai is company me H.R Manager jarur hu lekin mai ek bat batau k DD ka sara paisa PRANJAl YADEV rakhta hai saaley muje bhe 3 maheno se salary nae de koi mat aana yar is chaatu compny me, saale bhavishya khrab kar deyete hai sabka,

I am Dharam Veer Singh and I'm working with "Nexus Soft Solutions Pvt Ltd" .I am working with it at the time of the foundation of it and upto now I have no problem with it or by my employees.

Hum Nexus ke saath as an Manager HR ke roop me last 4 years se jude huwe h bt hme koi problem nahi h but kuchh failure log Fraud id's banakar yaha tak ki hamare khud ke naam se Fraud id genrate ki hui h and company ko Fraud bata rahe.

Ab agar ye log apne aapko Dharam Veer singh batate hain toh hum chalenge karte hai ki ye log samne aakar yaa humse contact karke apne aapko proof kare agar ye log chahte h ki Dharamveer singh ke naam ka Fraud sahara lekar sab karte rahenge.
Agar kisi ko Company se ya kishi se bhi koi problem hai toh wo direct call kar sakte hain..

Are yaar confuse mat karo. Chakkar kya hai ? Ye dhramveer kyon confuse kar raha hai. Lagta hai khul ke bol nahi sakta. is liya ek baar dhram veer banke fraud bolta hai dusri bar achee. Ek baat to clear hai ki company fraud hai. nahi to koi aise hi kuch nahi likh sakta hai.Are jahan aag hoti hai wahi to dhua uthta hai...

This company totaly fraud. i was working before six month in this company. but they do not give salary. pranjal yadav or dheram veer ki to gandh me lund de de jab tek ki ye roi or chilaye. Dhram veer is the right hand of pranjal yadav. both are partner.

Dheram veer or pranjal yadav both are partner and take half half money. they makes fool of the people. they spend all money on chudai and drinking. Dheram veer also owner of this company. Pranjal yadav ki bahan or ma ki choudi me hamari salary khoe gai. sala dono fraud ha.

I am totally agreed with this complaint. This nexus soft/business solution is a group of fake, liar and thief persons which attract fresher for jobs and then demand Rs 20, 000 as a security deposit (which will never be returned at any cost). And also they do not pay any salary to their employee. Pranjal yadav is the owner of this company and he always depends on Rs 20, 000(Security money) of freshers. Pranjal hire only freshers because freshers easily give security money and after 2 or 3 months he fires those freshers by saying that "your performance is very poor."

So it’s important to you all that never go there. It’s your time, money and also mind wastage because I am also a victim. Nexus is not a platform to whom we should say a company. Neither this company do not have any projects nor their Business Development Executives are able to take project from the market. So there is no opportunity to learn and grow your skills. These nexus persons give you a well and clean OFFER LETTER mentioned in it that "We offer you salary Rs 7, 500 per month in training period and your training period is for 6 months. After that your salary will be Rs 15, 000 to 20, 000 per month". But this is totally wrong. If you will able to get your full salary on time in any month (except HR persons), then I am ready to salute you. You will be great and also congrats you because your time to fire from the company may be very close. So be cautious from fake jobs and persons in the market. Pranjal gives target to their HR persons that

Whenever you are going to any interview then it is necessary to see that how long and how many times they interviewed you. Companies which perform multiple rounds and select on the basis of your technical skills (in case of B.Tech) are only right and faithful company. Every company which takes money (either in the form of security deposit or training fee) is a fake company, it’s my experience of 1.5 years not a joke to fire.
