I booked duplex bunglow in NIHO Scottish Garden Bhopal. The construction site is near to Karondh Chauraha, Bhopal and their offices in 195-A, 3rd floor M P Nagar, Zone-I, ph[protected], mail id [protected]@niho.in. Builder is not giving any response. registered my flat flat in march 2009. construction is halted. no call now for any balance payment. their officers resigned. their director Mr Hemant mob no. [protected] and other officer Mr Neeraj mob no [protected] both not responding. Paid almost 90% of the required amount. pl help me out and make justice to the needy person like us.

Niho constr has cheated public in all projects.Scottish Gardens, Bhopal was launched in 2009. The construction as per schedule was carried out only for 4-5 months to lure innocent public n mostly salaried class pers and pensioners. There has been no work at all since last 2 years and all allottees are left in hopeless state of affairs. Hard earned money collected from allottees at Bhopal were diverted to other fradulent projects by directors and partners of niho constr for vested interest and is not available to complete the projects started. Beware all and stay away from niho. All allottees (aggrieved) of Scottish Gardens, Bhopal who booked the resi units in 2009 through niho constr to fwd following details at e-mail <[protected]@gmail.com>. Name (in full), unit no. allotted, Full address, contact no, e-mail add ASAP for combined redressal on issue and bring defaulters to task.
