[Resolved] NIMTT — phd cheating | |||
i applied for ph.d in nims university through nimtt in the month of august,at that time they promise me that i will get my registration withing 2 months and give them rs36000,but 6 months are over till now i dont get my registration and nw they force me to change my university from nims to cmj university which dont have any proper affilation.now i am totally metally upset Was this information helpful? | |||

I wonder how you obtained phd admission when you dont know to properly express your complaint in English

I AM TAKING BACK MY COMPLAIN, THEY PROMISE ME THAT THEY WILL SOLVE MY PROBLEM
Dear sir,
this is to inform you that mr. Samir nath, chief executive officer (mob.[protected]) of nimtt, L 1/9, vidhya sagar militry road, 1st and 2nd floor, bhajanpura ( opp. Bagha jatin state hospital), kolkata-700047 has taken rs.61, 000/= From me against fee for ph.D. For my admission in nims university, jaipur whereas it has deposited rs.11000/= Only and rest of the money has been misappropriated. This conduct of mr. Samir nath is unfair, unprofessional and against the ethics of business. Not only this, this amounts to fraud as well as cheating. This amounts to wrongful gain to him and loss to me.
This conduct of samir nath, chief executive has wasted my valuable time besides causing monitory loss to me. Not only this, I have come to know that nims university has cancelled my candidature for ph.D just because samir nath, chief executive officer has not deposited fee after collecting it from me ( taken rs.35, 500/ Cash in aug'10 and taken rs.25, 500/= Cash on 8th nov'10 ) it is clear that he is not fair in his dealings and now advising me to change the university whereas neither he is giving response to my mails nor attending my telephone calls. Even no reply has been given to my queries despite several mails. Whenever I requested his office to fix up an appointment with him, I was given no appointment to meet him.
I have come to know from other students that after taking money from various students, he has not deposited in the university and this way you have collected huge money. I have sufficient material / Proof of fee paid to nimtt. There are more than 50 such students, who have given money to nimtt, but nimtt have not paid to nims university, jaipur. This was informed by nims university, when I visited there to inquire about my ph.D.
In view of the above, I request you to kindly investigate into the matter for forgery, cheating and misappropriation of funds taken on behalf of nims university. Therefore I request you to take appropriate legal action against nimtt, kolkata and direct them to return a sum of rs.61000/= Fee deposited with nimtt alongwith interest @ 24% immediately so it may reach my office.
