Dear Reader,
This is Warning before approaching the reputed builder / developer "Nirmiti Developers". The website www.nirmiti.com shows a bogus list of projects developed by Nirmiti Developers. I am a NRI from Canada and was genuinly interested to purchase land in India. I signed the POA and gave a cheque to purchase land which was also forfeited by Mr. Puranik in the Name of Nirmiti Developers. Mr. Pandit was also involved in the transaction. It has been around 4 years but I never recieved the Land papers till date. I have launched a civil suit in India against this Fake and Fraud Nirmiti Developer.
This is a serious alert to all the NRIs , not to get involved in transactions with this Fake Builder.
