Myself Nantu Debnath of Gayeshpur, Nadia, WestBengal kindly draw your attention that today I had to go a pathological centre name :Nirupan Diagnostic and Reasearch Centre-A9X/4(CA) , Kalyani ,Nadia, Westbengal for Blood grouping for my son Dibya Debnath. Pathologist Dr. Debasish Majumder himself charged me Rs.100/-(bill no-1626,dt-08/05/10) as a normal rate!. As I`m also attached with an Ngo working for the underprivileged people in rural areas of Bengal (www.aimseven.org ), I know the actual cost for grouping Blood.(the cost is around Rs.10). so my question is that how is it possible where the actual cost is rs.10/- and the pathology centre may charge as they wish? Whether govt. should take a bold step against this type of tout? (as doctor directly involved for dealing money). is poor people suffering for the govt. negligence? Where health is birth right in India! So some tout(Like Dr.Debasish Majumder), they want to do whatever they wish to do in West Bengal? I should be ensured that this type of pathological centre will be coming under government surveillance which may give social security to the common people of India.
Last of all I do aware all concern that please avoid this Nirupan Diagnostic and Research Centre for further any pathological test.
