internet tower — tower implantation

there are so many offices for internet tower implantation in Durgapur.they r recruiting vendor for search of land for implanting net tower.ther r taking a lot sum of money(50,[protected] from the land owner through vendor and implanting a small tower on owner,s roof.but the land owner is getting no rent from them.will their internet service start?so how r they cheating us .so be aware of them.

don, t take risk .it is fraud. u don, t pay any rs before getting any internet net work
service in ur area.ask docoument from any person who is getting rent after implanting
internet tower in ur locality.
