[Resolved]  NLC INDIA Ltd.,Neyveli — Delay after repairs Workshop and charging more improperly even for a New Vehicle

I have purchased a new vehicle FORD ICON 1.4 Diesel at Chennai Ford,Arumpakkam recently on 20.05.2009 and the vehicle having mileage of 7032 KM only as on 04.01.2009.Recently I met with an accident while returning from office at Neyveli and with the required documents handed over the vehicle to your Chennai Ford Workshop on 04.01.2009 with minor problems and replacement of spares like head lamp,wind screen etc.in running condition.The vehicle is under Insurance coverage with The New India Assurance,Channai linked through FORD India. Even after long time the vehicle was not made ready and delivered to me.due to the Pongal holidays and with the formalities with your workshop and the insurance.The contact person Shri.Rajesh,mobile No[protected] was contacted in this regard and he given the assurance to deliver after Pongal.
Hence, I request you to make neccessary arrangements to deliver the vehicle at the earliest after completing all the formalities with insurance etc.
