NMC has closed gas connection in Kirti Elegant because of the company's failure to collect the balance due from several customers who perhaps havent even got the bill like Deepak complains.
They have taken deposit but are passing on the accountability to the other residents by stopping their services to 3 buildings in the society.

NMC Piped gas in PCMC area is without online bill payment. It is very inconvinient to fill the check and drop in the boxes. Rather if they develop online billing system the it would avoid late payments and also it will help consumer to save their tiem. It was already commited 6 months ago by NMC Piped Gas Co. Pvt Ltd. that they will provide online billing system.
They are very good enough in increasing service charges but pathetci in terms of providing services to customers.

Very pathetic service by NMC people - I stay in Pune (palladium society, Dhanorie Road, Vishrantwadi) and have been using piped gas service from NMC. Their billing arrangement is not proper, they dont provide bills on timely basis and their field staff people are very rude. we got the bill with 2 months usage on 29th May, 13 and today (31st May, 13) their collection people came at my door step and started asking for money from my wife. she said we will put the cheque in drop-box but he was very rude and asked for cash only on the top of it when my wife said she doesnt have entire amount he said - go to ATM and get it.
This is height of rudeness. These people are working in a service industry and should behave like one. I am planning to surrender the connection because of this issue.

My urgent request is to make previous dates as due date for payments as most of salaried person got salaries by 7th or 8th of every month and due to lack of funds in first week it is impossible for them to pay in time now.
Please change the pattern to previous pattern i.e 'not before' 7th as due date.
Please treat it on urgent & serious basis.

Worst service from NMC Piped Gas. They increase the service charges at their will any time. Also the readings appearing on the meters are high as it is very evident that the gas consumption of a normal cylinder is lesser than the piped gas connection. Also they are not able to provide gas at subsidized rates. Our society has approached them for subsidized cylinders but they are not able to provide gas at subsidized rates. Lots of people from our society have disconnected their gas connections. However, also they are not returning the deposit taken from us. I have disconnected my connection on 28th June 13. However, even after making a dozen calls, they are reluctant in giving back the deposit money. They were also reluctant to disconnect the connection initially and asked to pay the last billing amount which also paid cash before due date. Already disconnection letter with copy of last closing bill, copy of deposit receipt etc., given to them as demanded for release of deposit. Now they are asking original deposit receipt.
anybody knows how to complain against them? any proper channel?
The most pathetic service ever!
They asked me to register for KYC not with them but the HP distributor from where they get the cylinders. I did as told but 5 months later they are still refusing to provide subsidy.
They say that I need to get status of KYC from HP and give it to them! Heights!

I have been calling these NMC gas people from 1 week fr getting a new gas connection and they say we will call and come.The girl who receives phone she does not evn listen to what we are saying and she has so much of hurry to cut the call.When Finally I had talk Mr.Chaudhari he said he will send technician so I took Holiday from work.I tried calling him that day and he said he will come by afternoon and at afternoon he says that he will have to check whether the builder has paid money and all and he cannot come today. This is pathetic. This is the WORST service i would say.After reading all these complaints above I am not going for the new connection now from this. I would rather prefer Gas cylinder over this.
** Non Subsidised Connection*** in-spite providing all document almost six month back.
I have done multiple follow up with Sahil Gas Agency who manages this connection but as expected no satisfactory action / feedback given.

There is no online bill payement for the gas connection??? they drop the bill some times and some times if the house is locked they will not, they have been telling the online payement will be ready by another month, lot of months are gone by now still no action has been takend from them.
even the outstation at par cheques are not accepted by them, they are asking the local cheques to pay the bill, how come the outsider will have the local cheque immediately, i have not paid the bill from last 3 months...
