Sub: - Unauthorized Construction at Flat No. 71B & 71C,

Block – CA Shalimar Bagh Delhi-88



With all due respect I beg to state that I am a lawful tenant of the flat no. 70A, Block-CA, Shalimar Bagh Delhi-110088. I have been living here for last 5 years with the tenant agrrement between the landlord and me.





With this letter I want to inform you about my neighbours who are the owners/licensee of the flat nos. 71B, 71C. Since last few days they are constructing the unauthorized extensions in their balcony areas over 4-5 feet enlacement of the road. This may cause inconvenience to other residents.



Under the MCD Law, it has been specified that nobody can do unauthorized construction without the approval of MCD, DDA, or other authorities if any. The DDA has allotted flats to them as a licensee, but DDA has not permitted them any kind of extension from the covered are which is allotted specified covered area to them by the DDA.



They are creating nuisance for me by enlacement of the road by extending their balcony on my side, which is definitely an unauthorized construction.



Inspite of my consistent requests and reminders to them about the Law, they have not paid any attention and also they even tried to threaten me but saying that they have a good approach in DDA and MCD.





So, its my humble request in your regard that you please look into the matter and retain and demolish the illegal construction mentioned above.
