no. — Regarding illegal construction.

It is intiamted that, illegal construction i.e basement is being created in the DDA shop situated at DDA Mkt., CA-Block, Tagore Garden, (adjoining ACP/Operation Cell/West Distt. office) . The owner of the shop has destroyed all shop firstly and digging the same premises for making it's basement. Being a responsible person, i am making this complaint as i know the owner he will make the basement in the DDA shop without taking any permission of NOC from the concenred department.Therefore, it is requested that suitable and necessary action may please be taken against the owner of the property.
