Respected sir,i sarojkantaswain had purchase a handset on dt08/10/2011.after four days i found touch pad is not working then deposited that mobile in nokia care jajpur road on dt 25/10/2011 .nokia care advised to repair only not to exchange after that i send an email regarding this to nokia customer care but i got answer that given below................................... sir kindly help me regarding this.

nokia / c5-03 — replacement for nokia c5-03
i have brought the headset(nokia c5-03) from nokia priority naraina at the end of may and there is so many major problems with the headset like display got blank and touch was also not working after 1hr. contacted nokia care n nokia company as well more than 20 times, then after 2 months nokia company realize that there is some manufacturing problem in the device and replaced the head set but the device was not sealed and also dint look like a new headset. but the replaced head set is again having the same problem. i have submitted the device so many time with nokia care but nothing is happening.kindly help me out, i'll be greatful to you.
