I am Vikas and working in an IT company. i had filled ITR for finanacial year[protected] and[protected].
for both years tax deducted at source was more than actual tax. So the refund of extra tax paid is yet to be received for both the financial years.
please let me know how can i approach the appropriate authorities about my problem.

Nucleus Software Exports Limited — Worst Customer service experience till date
I had booked a ticket from Ezee go from Delhi to Mumbai with details below . I got the same cancelled on 7th January 2008 with a assurance of credit back in 2 days time . When i called on 17th to find the status , Ms Rani Tiwari at your customer service desk confirmed that i have to wait for 21 days to get the credit back . It is not a matter of 21 days or 2000 odd rupees , but it does a serious dent to the customer centric image of any organisation . The customer service was not bad and it was pathetic and might be pathetic also does not clearly define the gravity of problem . I have been working with the customer serive and other departments in the bank ( ICICI Bank )earlier and i would say it is not imaginable to talk and behave to the customer in the manner i was addressed .1. I was not allowed to talk to the supervisor of rani and she kept on insisting that she cannot transfer the call which is non explainable for any customer service
2. I will write it to ICICI Bank top official as well on the reputation of the companies they are tying up as that will spoil their image in the market as well
One thing i can commit , that i will never book a ticket from ezeego and advice all of my friends not to book a ticket from ezeego .
