[Resolved]  Nucleus Software Exports Ltd. — FAKE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Dear All,

This is a complaint posted for general awareness : (I am one of the candidate appeared in the process)

Nucleus software Noida have organized the walking on 5 Dec 2009 and selected some candidates after successive interview rounds. Some of the select candidates were offered (offer Letter on E mail ) by there HR department and given a date for joining.
As any o[censored]s will do, the offered candidates resigned from their working company and went to join nucleus on date provided to them.

But Nucleus software communicated the reached candidate (Some of them were serving the notice period) that there will be one more final round from HR. In the same sequence they all appeared and said to leave for that day.

after 1 hour the call comes from HR peoples saying that we are cancelling the offer letter and will tell you the final decision.

I was shoked to here these words from HR as was not expecting this kind o[censored]nmatured statement.

So please be careful from the Nucleus software.
