sir,
In month of august i had bought a numer uno shoe of cost Rs 2000 from LAL AND SONS , Shimla
an authorized dealer with a gaurntee period of 6 month as per told by dealer. But after three and half month later its sole was cracked to which i give back to the dealer who assured me for replacing of shoe in between 15 days. Now my complaint is about two main thingas mentioned:
1) dealer is asking me to choose any shoe of Rs 1600 as company had deducted 20% usage cost to which he is not giving any slip of deduction.
2) ON asking fof company comlaint address or any email address where i can put my comlaint , they are just refusing and not bothering about it.
Because of above reasons i had to suffer for 2 months.
