I completely agree with whatever mentioned above. The guy Bharat who is in charge will make you believe as if they are making the best service in this world.Believe my words-This guy will not stick to a single promise he had made.Even your product is within the warranty period and give it to him for service, he will delay the service and make your warranty expire. If we are asking for replacement, he will replacing with a old useless battery which doesnot work. If you are asking for a new replacement, he will giving a worthless new lower capacity battery which will work for few days. When you go back, he will say you are warranty is expired. when you ask for the battery which is not in a workable condition, they will say you have to pay the service charges of Rs.750 to be paid for the batteries not working.NYFE BATTERY COMPANY are serious LIARS...CAVEAT EMPTOR.

we are also facing the same problem now. we bought the FUJIYA battery from a person called Bharath of Nyfe battery. from the time it was bought, we were having problems, it was not working even for 1 hour. now as we are facing severe power problems, this stupid battery is of no use. when called for replacement, that guy Bharath talks in such a bad manner, challenging that nothing can be done from our side legally also. now he wants us to buy new battery inspite of having warranty period.

That bharath is a who cheats all for money. If he wants money so badly he can do some business with his wife with some customers...
Hi correct 10 days back i also buy the Home ups from NYFE they did like same cheating if we called Deviya and keritika will attend the call they will speak nice to buy their batteries after bought they never response proper and they wont give response for customer please my experience dont buy this company for your home usage batteries and anything
