I HAVE PURCHASED 1 ton window AC" o "general from day one it is not running properly. i made several complaints to the deler they will come and do some repair again one day it will run next day it will stop. when it is nearing completion of 1 year warranty i shouted to replace it . finally they changed the main board . after a week there is no cooling . this time they said gas is leaked to fill the gas and other they charged Rs.3000/= . immediatly after 2 days the same thing happened. i said i cant spend more on it. better you replace it. the same problem i wrote it in their service record during warranty but so far no reply
