It is true that coz management and HR is so irresponsible in offshoot agency coz they everytime delayed d salary n thrs is no incentive plan which thy use 2 tell like story 2 fellow people like us...
offshoot agency is a fraud comapny because Lucknow Offshoot Main Employee don't know about managing how they manage managment.Offshoot lucknow CO is doing girl coxing in office he promot him why reason? What r doing he and what auditor doing.

Offshoot agency pvt ltd Kolkata rvc is the door of a mink. I don't think that I before working in a company as this. The hr is not capable to manage salaries they don't even talk to us just because they are busy from the first to last of their working time. The manager is a frustrated person who is knocking all time as the Tl that "jotokhon na porjonto Ami uthte bolbo totokhon porjonto keu uthbe na sit theke" and even they don't care if we are hungry or not. Yesterday I am working continuously 9 hours without any break others boys and girls also have the same problame also some Tl had faced it. They told us for over time and they told that the extra money had comes to our ac on 12th September and the money didn't comes to our ac till now. Centre head told the Tl that if we are not ate for one day we are not died, even one time they don't gave us the permission to go to toilet. So entire the process is a unsystematic hitlar type employment system. We did more than 15 days night shift continuously and after it shift changes and we all who doing night shifts don't get any break for a day even. So after read it i[censored] want to join this company please be careful as your career's question. Its a big company to working for. mere dosto me aapko kuch batane ja rha hu. me offshoot noida me work kerta hu cmt dept. me / cmt team mangement very rudely behave kerte hai apne empoliye ke sath yaha pe srif maintely toucher kiya ja ta hai. no tea break no lunch break ager aapki sell nhi hoti hai ya phir kaam hota hai . no suport or sellery issue bhi hai 15 din seelery ko hold kr diya jata hai . or selry bhi time pr nhi diya jata ofshoot is very forud company yaha pr janwar ki jaisa work kr waya jata hai cmt dept teamleader not good hi is very bad and my manger swtpossition no offer leter no exp leter . agar ek din bhi aap apne se chooti lete hai . to aapke slry me se 1 din ke badle 3 din ka slry ko kaat liya jata hai. me apone dosto se bolna chaunga aap offshoot ke kisi bhi branch me work mt kijiye ... yaha pr srif toucher kiya jatja ...
