[Resolved]  O'General Window AC (1.5 Ton) — Did not get Warranty Card

Hi Sir/Madam,

My Name is Kewal Krishan Mehan and my email ID is [protected]@yahoo.co.in .I had bought a Window AC (1.5 Ton) from M/s. D.K. Electronics, 50/4, Yusuf Sarai Market, Aurvindo Marg, New Delhi - 110016 more than a year ago i.e on 20th Feb,2011.
Its been more than a year now and still we haven't got the WARRANTY CARD yet. Your Company always provide a FREE SERVICE but no one visited our house for a FREE SERVICE as well. I have made several visits to the dealer but there is NO response from the dealer's side.
So. i'am writing you this message to lodge a COMPLAINT that we are UNSATISFIED with your service. I want WARRANTY CARD and FREE SERVICE.
