[Resolved]  Oil And Natural Gas Corporation — Contributory Provident Fund

I worked in ONGC from Sept, 1980 to August, 2005. I requested for VRS in 2005, but instead of accepting my request for VRS ,ONGC removed me from service w.e f. 01.09.2005. ONGC stopped paying interest on my CPF since April-07 ( File : ONGC/ECPF/44971/2009-10, dated 11.05.2009). Following is the details chronologically.

1. Submitted VRS on 10.06.2005.
2. ONGC setup enquiry on 28.06.2006 ( After 1 year 18 days.)
3. Inquiring Authority submitted inquiry report on 05.01.2007 ( After 6 months 7 days.)
4. Inquiry report sent to undersigned on 11.04.2007. ( After 3 months 6 days.)
5. Self submitted representation against the report on 21.05.2007. ( After 1 month 10 days.)
6. ONGC issued the office order about the removal from service on 04.03.2009 ( After 1 year 9 months 13 days).

ONGC took 4 years to settle my case. Even after the completion of inquiry ONGC took 2 years 2 months to finalise the case and issue the order.Why will I loose interest because of the laxness on the part of ONGC management . I request you to kindly look into it and instruct ONGC to pay me the interest also from April-2007 onwards till the final payment.
