This is to inform you that I have 650 ONGC equity shares. ONGC had declared a special dividend @ Rs.32/- per share for 2010-11 and dividend warrants have been sent to the share holders.
It was gathered from the Post Office of the area concerned that the letter containing the dividend warrant was received by them and the Postman went to my house to deliver the same. Since nobody was at the house for about 15 days during 3-16 Jan., 2011, the said letter could not be delivered and was and back by the Post Office with the remarks that the house was locked.
Thereafter I have written a letter dated 8.2.2011 to kindly send the dividend warrant towards the above ONGC Equity shares as my recorded address.
I have not yet received the above dividend warrant till date.
I therefore, request you to kindly send me dividend warrant at my address given below :
