[Resolved]  om prakash santhalia smriti bhawan — Noise pollution at residential area

Dear Sir,

om prakash santhalia smriti bhavan is situated at kahalgaon district bhagalpur ward number-12, choudhary tola. This dharamshala is not built as per bihar state pollution control board. Continious noise pollution is done during weeding due to open air generator and orchestral events. As per rule it should be 100 mts away from residential area with acoustic type of generator. people drunk and throw liquor bottles near to dharamshala during event.

This is creating problem to our society and effecting our children. children are unable to study during this event due to loud noise. As per rule noise should not be done between 10:00 PM to 6:00AM but no one is following such rules.

We are absolutely helpless as the owner pump money to get free from such issues to local department.

We request to to look on this matter as soon as possible.
