Times Packers & Movers — Non Delivery of my House hold material
Dear sir,Resently I have transferred from kolkata to delhi.In this connection my house hold materials shiftting order was given to TIMES PACKER & MOVERS Kolkata.I got this company through internet.After that order was given to their Bangalore head office. The name of the person was Mr Dilip Das ([protected]).
On 30th June They packed my material from my door step (Kolkata Resident).On 6th July company delivered my material in bad condition.Some material was broken at the time of delivery & also one item is missing till date.Payment terms was 75% at kolkata and another 25% after delivery.75% payment was cleared on 2nd July 2009 and another 25% was stopped by me because of non delivery of items.After that I called them several time to got my missing item but they are not bother to pick my phone.I dont know where is my missing material.The onwer of this compay is Mr Ashish Singhania.I want some action against this company. I amgiving the detail below...My order ref no was KOL/S/240

I just want to get back my material from them and also repairing od damage items.I am also ready to 25% payment
Sai movers and packers — non delivery of household items
I tranferred my house hold items from Sai Movers and Packers , new mumbai to new delhi.But when i got delivery i found that my PC, OVEN etc were missing . I contacted them on phone and by letter but they did not reply.
pls tell me what i have to do now.

Sai Packers and Movers — Be Aware of This company
I had transported my household luggage from Mumbai to Hyderabad through SAI PACKERS and MOVERS using the comprhensive insurance mode. However the owner gave me transit insurance at last moment which he did not inform me earlier (it seems that these transporters do normally and save 2 % to their pocket) - this is risk to the consumer as he is not liable to get any insurance claim in case of luggage demage or lost during transit.Above this transporter held back my luggage in his godown for 10 days on the pretext that the driver has run away. Then after lot of pressure on him thru local person he sent my luggage in a dumper truck, instead of the truck which is normally used for transportation and my luggage was loaded in same, w/o any unloading facility and many things were dented and demaged to large extent for which he refused to own repsonsibility. I ended up paying for comprehensive against his transit delivery.
He is a goonda and a cheater who has done this to many, which i came to know later. Whoever reads this message is requested to be beaware of this transporter. Though he possesses the internet site but he is big cheat.
