[Resolved] Omkaram, Indane Cooking Gas Agency, Oachira — Delayed delivery of gas
My mother in law is a customer of Indane Cooking Gas with Omkaram Gas Agency, Kalloor Mukku, Oachira and the consumer number is 40819 (CONSUMER NAME BHASURANGAN, KIDANGIL HOUSE, KURUNGAPPALLY, KULASEKHARAPURAM). . After the death of my father in law Mr. Bhasurangan, she is staying alone for the last three years and she is physically handicaped due to an accidental fall. Whenever she books the sylinder it takes more than 45 days to make the delivery. Some times it may go upto 70 days. Last booking was done on[protected] and booking number is 2738. For the last 10 days they are repeatedly telling that the supply will be made immediately and on 1st Augest they told it is billed and supply will be made on the same day. But they didn't made the supply.
We are also customers of HP at Palkkad and never the dealer behaves like these Omkaram agency people. Being a physically handicaped lady she cannot use the other modes of fire like wood and all and solely dependant on gas. But realising the situation this agency find it as an excuse and they think that there is nobody to ask.
I hereby request your good office to consider this as a complaint and do the needful so that it is not repeated atleast in future.
