The company mentioned above have terminated me from the service on 17/11/2009 without any proper reason.
Joining date - 17/08/2009
Still I have not received the following
1. Salary arrear for September 2009
2. Salary arrear for October 2009
3. Salary for the month of November 2009.
4. Relieving order
5. PF settlement details.
6. F&F
Inspite of repeated requests by mail & over phone no responses received. At this time of my pregnancy period even frequent visits to the office are been in vain, creating lot of mental stress & physical strain.
I have not been relieved from the company on official records since they have not issued any relieving order.
With this complaint I would like
1. to have the settlements done on priority basis
2. to recommend no one to join this OneAPPS Enterprise Technologies PVT LTD.
