My suggestiion is that IGL has given PNG connection in almost DDA Flats, but they are not listed in the online payment list. IGL may be added for the convenience of the IGL customers. Hope this will be added sooner. If added ssend msg on my registered mobile No.-[protected]

can anyone please tell me how to register for online payment of bill at IGL?

Igl online bill pay service is not reliable . First they have given job to many private sites which can not be depended upon because IGL have not notified them for bill collection. IGL's own gate way asks for USER NAME AND PASSWORD without telling the customer how to get them. If you go for registration on IGL site, the site does not complete the PW generation job . When you talk to CC, executive says, your USER NAME is your BP no. and password is icp followed by last 6 digits of BP no. This also does not work . Login is not complete. On further query CC Ex advises you to send email to [protected]@igl.com . This also does not work . There is no reply to email even if you write to CMD.

I have also written to cmd that there is no need for password because no one is interested to pay some one else's PNG bill . PW is misnomer . But CMD has no time to look to customer grievances . WHAT TO DO ? PW practice is not followed by other gateways like MTNL . IGL is not capable of even copying other successful payment sites. WHAT TO DO ? IT is PSU, It works like that .

बिल की पेमेंट्स करने का तरीका आसान होना चाहिये. बिना लोगिन किये भी पेमेंट हो सकती है जैसा की क्रेडिट कार्ड की पेमेंट्स बिना लोगिन किये केवल अपना कार्ड नंबर लिख कर कर सकते है।ऐसे ही BP नंबर लिख कर पेमेंट होनी चाहिये लेकिन आपके साइट पर बिना LOGIN कुच्छ नहीं कर सकते। कृपया इस परेशानी को खत्म करें . In Rohini, it is being observed that the bills are being pushed for payment without having noted the reading from the respective meters installed by your esteemed organisation. This is ridiculous. One is not supposed to pay the bill(s) in excess of the actual reading particularly when the rates of PNG have been made out in two different and highly exaggerated steps. May I therefore request any dignitary whosoever is holding a recognized position in the IGL to sufficiently and pointedly direct ones subordinate staff to have an actual meter reading and get it billed up accurately.

I received my bill on 21.5.2015 whereas the due date was 18.05.2015. Now the fault lies with me for making late payment. This is happening with me third time. IGL should deliver the bill in due time and give us some time to avoid late payment.

The payment site for IGL is down. If you click Insta Payments link, it shows server error.
