1. weight of cylinder is always 2 kg gas less
2. The weight written on for the empty cylinder was erased by the delivery boy his name is bhura.
3. Behavior of staff is very rude& illiterate no manners to talk public

My Bharat Gas consumer ID no is 5730 in the name of Akhilesh Singh gas agency name is OORJA GAS AGENCY Shop No. 8 @ 9 Om Nagar Market, Tanki Road, Near Mithapur Chowk, Badarpur, New Delhi.
My complain is there are no body to pick the phone, if we have to go to book gas on their shop only than why they have shown their ph no on cash memo/gas card.
They are never picking phone is this not a violation of consumer right, if yes than what to do?

i think we all need to make a group and go together and talk to some senior person because they give
