Oracle India Private Limited — PF Transfer from Tamil Nadu to Karnataka

Hi Sir

I have Joined oracle on 3rd-July-2008 and Emp ID is 23218
I was working with JSW Steel Ltd, Salem, Tamilnadu before Oracle. I have given My old PF no ( TN/25883/01304 ) to transfer while joining.
(MY New PF / Pension account number with the RPFC is (KN/42357/18089)

Could you please confirm me whether the transfer is happened or not. otherwise give me the link where I can see the same.

How to go about it.
