[Resolved]  OS2i India Pvt Ltd — Provident Fund Settlement not done

Hi

I was employed at a recruitment/staffing firm called OS2i in Pune from Jan 2006 to Oct 2008. OS2i was headquartered in Brighton UK under the leadership of Mr. Regan George.

Most o[censored]s who were employed have not received their Provident Fund settlements.

When we checked with the PF office in Pune our accounts show ZERO credit. For the time that most o[censored]s have been employed at OS2i, we have our salary slips showing deductions towards Provident Fund however our account shows ZERO when we checked the balance at the PF office.

Also most of our senior management including Mr. Regan George have no inclination nor the desire to help us out.
