Dear Sir,
I am R Shankar (Client Code: 2TN 10146), individual online trader in Pace Stock Broking Services Private Limited. Till date, most of my correspondences are with your Chennai Anna Nagar Branch.
Here, I would like to formally write about my problem that I encountered with Chennai Anna Nagar Branch.
On 4th March 2011, out of various transactions that I made in Copper, I would like to escalate about the Exchange Order No.[protected], for the buy point 451.05 in Copper 29April2011. This particular transaction was originally made by me and when I noticed the upward trend I cancelled the same. But, when I cancelled it, the order status showed C-Xmitted. Immediately, I made a call to my Chennai contact (RMS Incharge – Gowri Shankar) at around 5 pm. When enquired about this C-Xmitted status, they confirmed that the above said transaction (E.O.No. [protected], for the buy point 451.05 in Copper 29April2011) was also showed cancelled for them and therefore this can be ignored by me. Because of this confirmation made by Chennai Risk Management Team, I made another transaction ([protected], for the buy point 451.35 in Copper 29April2011) so as to close my earlier sell position.
But, later that day, the order that showed C-Xmitted earlier was also turned into Executed status. When I noticed this, I called Chennai team again and this time they informed me that there was a technical problem at their side and any loss due to this reason will be compensated to me. Also, the Chennai team made another transaction in my account on 9th March in order to close the dispute buy position.
On 4th March 2011, my account balance was Rs.26000+. But, today on 11th March my balance is NIL. I also want to mention that I have not made any other transaction expect one gaining value in Copper June2011 contract.
Today, on 11th March 2011, I have also called Head office at[protected] and explained the complete issue to Mr. Abhishek (Relation Manager). After making note of my complaint, he confirmed me that tomorrow, that is, 12th March, I will have an amicable solution for the problem explained above.
can i approch consumer court?
Regards
R Shankar
