I HAVE LEFT MY BIKE AT PACER YAMAHA HEBBAL, IT SEEMS LIKE THEY TOOK REAL CARE OF MY R15 V2.0 I HAD A ISSUE WITH THE WIRING I HAD VISITED PERFECT RIDERS AT FIRST WHO CALL THEMSELVES THE BEST DEALER IN KARNATAKA AND WAS NOT ABLE TO FIX MY PROBLEM THEN LATER THE PACER YAMAHA GUYS FIGURED OUT THAT THE WIRING HARNESS WAS BITTEN BUY A RAT, AND SOLVED MY PROBLEM. @ dickgrayson AS FAR AS MY KNOWLEDGE THEY OPEN BY 8.30 BECAUSE FOR ALL MY PERIODIC SERVICE I HAVE GONE BY8.30 AND THEY WERE OPEN

I do not agree with this comment of yours...
My experience with Pacer Yamaha was very good...in fact it was the best till now...
i bought my bike in perfect riders and my bike had some problem which they were not able to fix and non of the small mechanics were able to fix...
then my friend suggested me Pacer Yamaha ... then i went there and my problem was fixed in 1 day and the charges was also reasonable...
Thanks To Pacer Yamaha and there service station...

hello! i regularly get my bike serviced at Lotus Yamaha. i was satisfied wit the service at lotus. But it has been temporarily shut and i had no choice but to go to Pacer Yamaha at Hebbal for the first time. they suggested i drop-by for service the next day morning at 8:30am itself. i particularly asked them if they would surely open at 8:30am. the service representative assured me it would open at 8:30am sharp. however i got the shock of my life the next day mornin when i went at 8:45am...not a single soul!!! PACER YAMAHA WAS NOT EVEN OPEN!! had to wait till 9:45 to see a mechanic. it was 10:15 when i left Pacer Yamaha aft i left my bike for service. Very unhappy with their time-sense!! oh and my interaction with one of the junior mechanics who wrote my job-card was not satisfactory at all. they had charged 495rupees for servicing. i casually asked him what do they do for servicing. poor guy seemed to have short term memory loss and was struggling to answer the simple question which left me unsatisfied. i really hope their service is not as bad as their first impression. will update once i get get my bike
I have got my bike serviced at PACER YAMAHA hebbal in January 2015 and the servicing done by them was worst. The issues that i told before giving to service were not taken care of. They have replaced chain sprocket and charged 1000rs. 690 was the cost of sprocet kit and 300 for fitting. They have charged 200 for "wheel tuning front and back". But there was no difference before and after
And service charges rated at 495/-. I had the service done for 450/- at Yamaha service center, Indiranagar, Bangalore in August 2014. When asked about it at PACER YAMAHA, the concerned person said the charges have increased. But, when I contacted indiranagar service center about the price, they said they charge 450/- only. PACER YAMAHA are cheating people

Am having Yamaha Fazer and I had bad experience with this PACER service center, Hebbal Bangalore.
First of all the person who is inspecting bike is not in position to listen all my concerns and he is saying we will resolve all problems and finally they charged me 5600 without resolving main problems in bike. When I saw the bill details they charged 60% of amount for spare parts and 40% of amount for fitting charges. And when I started arguing with service manager he said whatever problems mentioned in sheet those things only they fixed. And when I asked about that bike inspecting person they said he left the job. I never recommend this service center to anyone.

Pacer Yamaha service center is worst. It was big time mistake to switch from Bajaj to Yamaha. Their service centers are the worst and pacer tops them all
They simply replace the parts even if it is not required. I had extended warranty and when I claimed the parts they are like why did you not show this earlier.
They are not punctual at all open at 9:30 after telling 8:30.
Dont go to this center. If you are thinking of buyn Yamaha don't buy.

Even i have very bad experience with Yamaha service center Hebbal location next to Baptist hospital. They have done lot of scratches on my R15 body parts and started arguing it was there before itself. They have started quarreling like a road dogs in the main road itself.
They are no more professional, even the road side mechanics are better than those.
Finally they have not agreed what they have done and delivered in the same condition and said even if you won't come next time also we don't have any problem.
They are not worried of loosing customers.
When they delivered my bike it's not a starting condition also. If i ask, they said might be hidling issue we have checked earlier it was starting now it is not. Again they have took half an hour to fix it and return. Although i paid 8500 Rs. for the service, is it the right response they have provided as it is starting earlier, now it is not. Is it meaningful?
So it's a suggestion for all of you, before paying the service amount please check your vehicle condition once then you go for payment.
As i suggest not to go for this hebbal location yamaha service center itself.
