Padmavathy Gas Agency - Barath gas distributor
My name is Samuel. It is really frustating with this agency on the services they provide. At last week we booked gas for us. they told one week waiting time. We wait for the gas upto ten days. today only delivery man came to house to gas delivery. but unfortunately my mother only in my house in day time. at the time delivery man came to house, my mom was not there. she go to shop. so delivery man get return. after that my mom calling delivery man, but the delivery man refused to deliver the gas. and again i also contact the delviery man. He totally refused to deliver the gas in home. he said collect your gas in office. I am not coming to delvier the gas. again i said its ok. i understand the summer problem. but pls tomorrow or day after tomorrow pls issue or deliver the gas into my home. but he replied (Harshly & Worstly) I dont have to deliver the gas to your home. It is very poor words. and it is not a good customer satisfaction. really i feel very bad of this customer service. Pls anybody take correct proceedure for this.

padmavathi gas agency — regarding not picking up phone, delayed delivery
I am the customer of this padmavathy gas agency, sunguvarchathiram, customer no is 10436,when ever i call this agency for booking ([protected]) they are not picking the phone, when they are issuing the cylinder in our village they stand in one place and ask everyone to come and collect them on their own and the bill is not being issued for the same. none o[censored]s are getting the consumer number when we book the cylinder. none o[censored]s know the original rate of the cylinder, when there is a demand they themself hike the price, and we are bound to pay it, otherwise we are not supplied.at present they are charging, Rs 380/-they are not issuing the bill reciept for the amount we pay
since they have too many villages to cover they are not able to supply the cylinder, so it will sound bad on the parent company IOC, so please for goodness sake, i[censored] give onemore agency which can work better in sriperumbandhur area, it will be better for every one as so many companys are coming up and becoming highly populated. kindly consider this complaint, and do the needful as early as possible
