Painting work — Denying to pay after completion of texture & painting work

My complaint is against Mr. Padmakar Mangal Patil who is a contractor of civil & Excavation works in Navi Mumbai. As per our discussion held in several meetings called by him, he offered me to work at his residing bunglow (add : MANGALDEEP BUNGLOW, PLOT NO. A-464, SECTOR 22, TURBHE, NAVI MUMBAI ) for Texture Application & Exterior Paints at final rates of Rs.26/Sq.Ft. for Texture Application & Rs.12/Sq.Ft. for Paint Application. I started working by taking sign on work order. I started work from 29/11/2011 and completed on 17/12/2011.I completed entire work step by step by his satisfactory clearance towards finishing works. I completed total area of Texture Application is 5263 Sq.Ft. & 2122 Sq. Ft. of Paint Application. The Total amount for the texture area is 5263 Sq. Ft X Rs.26.00 Sq. Ft. = Rs.136838.00 and total amount for Paint Application area is 2122 Sq. Ft. X Rs. 12.00 Sq.Ft. = Rs.25464.00 The Gross amount is Rs. 162302.00And other expenses for Bamboo, Kathya, Labour, Labour travelling & etc Extra. But he had paid me Rs.35000.00 only saying that he will pay the remaining amount immediate after completion of entire work. Now already one month had passed out and now he is denying to pay the remaining amount of Rs. 127302.00When i ask about the remaining money he warned me to kill me with his gun. I really affraid of this behavior. I couldn't sleep at night and suffered from high blood pressure, hypertension & depressed a lot. Will you please help me out in this situation. I never had gone through such type of conditions in my life. I didn’t know about his past activities and criminal type records. Lateron I came to know about his past records and his nature. Please please help me out. I have very much pressure of paying companies payment which I took the material to complete his said work. Please help me. I don’t know where to go to register my complaint. He may blackmail me not to complaint anywhere or may attempt to harass me. I can’t bear it anymore. Please help me pleassssssssssssssssss………..sometimes I feel I should go to attempt suicide….somebody please help me out….please
