Yes, I agree with you deepak I also booked a Flat in this society. They are not ready to talk properly, last week I went to their office, they said we are working hard bla bla bla but no commitment.

I also agree with you guys here.. I have been promissed that construction would be completed and the flats would be given before end of this year. However, there is still no sign of this getting completed in next couple of months. I visited the place couple of times and I can't see enough workers in the site.

Yes, I have also booked flat there and got the same ffedback as you mentioned above from Mr Shambhu Singh. Every time i go there, they give excuse of completion certificate. This is very unfair. As per agreement possession should have been given by Dec-20111. I guess we all need to meet their at same time and talk to them and puch them. My email id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in
Please do not book the flat in palladium home dhanorie they are taking intrest on any thing they like they are just looting the people over there lots of complaints i am able to see due to the interest rated, the way they are treating to there customer
Palladium Homes & Palladium Grand both have the same situatuion...for palladium grand also lot of commmitment was done earlier & then it was sall ...main culprit are mr tingre & his sales guy Shambhuuuuuu...Singhhhhhhhhh...Shambu think he is quite smart but he will now one day what he is...no water, no club facitlies...nothing..lot of commitment nut nothing..always have a big mouth open asking for maintanece charges...enough you pay is useless for them...think 100 times in future to book any flat in palladium properties...Mr Tinge pl stop missuing the common indian man...we are not rich as you...we are common man..
