i am vishwanath poojari i saw add in mid day about pandhyan seas i went to their office in chembur near congress house they asked to pay me rs100 for registration which i have paid then they took my interview and told u have been selected as a customer service attendant & ur salary will be 60, 000 now u have to go for medical checkup for which u have to pay 4700 & after that u have to pay 22300 for cdc they told after medical check up u have to wait for 4 months i have been told by them that to get a cdc it takes 4 months bcoz it is issued by central gorvement i have also been told that their will be training in goa or vishakapattam for 15 days for training all the coast will be beared bby pandhyan seas also been told th
at on the 1st day of training my salary will start my father inlaw has told me that pandhyan is a fraud company & his director has been jailed last year in cheating case but i didnt beleived but when i saw customer complaint i came to know that it is a fraud company thank u all of you who posted compliants regarding the Co.and also saving my hard money

Thanks for writing the complaints. even i went for the interview n got selected. Thy asked me to do a medical check up for which i had to pay 4750/-. After clearing ths now thy r asking for 22000 for CDC and want me to wait for 3 months. So just surfing the net to make sure abt the co and my luck that i came across ths page and got to knw abt the fraud. But friends i want to knw that ths co is having register no and is iso certified then how thy can cheat us? Plz rply friends as thy hv asked me to pay till coming monday.

My name is Sylvester Vaz from mira road... I applied in the month of march 09, got my medical done immidiately as they told me that my form would be cancelled... I never even thought that this company could turn out to be a fraud money making company... Is there really anyone who can take and WILL take strict action on these people cos they are just fooling with people's career and their lives as well... How can they do this to so many o[censored]s, its not the question of just 5 or 10 handful of people but now the number must have reached 100's... I feel like cursing these people badly... These people should be given harsh punishment for such an offence... These shameless have also started up their website just for heck of it www.pandayansevenseas.co.in. I have posted so many queries regarding my name in the CDC list but all in vain, these people do not heed to your queries... If they need people so urgently then why the hell are they making people wait for such a long time (my wait has been more than a year). Whenever you call these DUMB-ASSES their phones are busy. I dont know how? and why? Why are they pretending to be so busy but infact they are not...gauranteed...Try asking them who are their clients and they would not be able to answer your question cos i doubt they have have clients...

i haven't got a response...how can they dupe sooo many people yaar...thats horrible...they should be treated like criminals and stipped naked on da roads and beaten like dogs...
some burdy also told me abt this kind of jobs. but after searching all this information and complaint on the web i refuse even to call to the pandyan seven seas.
But worry i am not afraid. i strongly suggest all the guys they pays money to them first go and registered the complaint aginst them with some strong proof like go make recordign and else and than first of all file and FIR against the company in the police station near u.

Thanking you for your comments, my brother and friends total 8 people are gone to mumbai for interview, they told me the name of this seven seas manpower Pandayan Pvt. Ltd. then i just search about it, and found your comments on this site, i immediatily call them and told about you people, at that time they are just paying 4750/- for medical but the denied the medical test. now by people they are'nt loose any mony.

HI I think .. every one is confused ... they cant dupe so many people yaar.. and we can even do one think.. they said that we can take our money back if we feel that its not safe.. its a DD proccess and if they are froud they y they are still there.. they are suppose to run away with all MONEY. But they are not doing that... we have to think very carefully about this before taking any decisions... I know its difficult to believe that they giving big amount to people .. but they have given us option that we can take our money back .. its with Proper RECEIPT. with ISO mark. They cant be FAKE. please everyone think very carefully

Navi Mumbai, i did it and submitted the medical report, It seems that after that i had to pay Rs.22, 500/- for the CDC. which i will be recving after 25th Sept 2009. My Name is Bellary Brahmaiah, Ii read the add about this company for a vacany in Times of Indian, and phoned to the person they call tome .I went thereat Chembur which is near Congress House they took Rs. 100 from me for filling the form, One boy asked to money for fill the form but i am said to the person i am a educated. i can fill form my own writing, few seconds he said to me u can go out side and fill form. that time i think this Fraud company. I already compplaint to ladies but they are refuse to me.
Actually they are told to me you are appointed for Indian shipping, that ship was going to goa to vishkapatnam. till now no ships for vishkapatam. this also fraud matter.
The HR person took my interview & told me to pay Rs.4700 for medical checkup & for CDC which is require for ships (similar to passport) Rs. 40, 000. On the same day i visited the website of the company & i was shocked to see the numerous complaints about the company. I will suggest u to please file a case in the name seven seas recruitment consultant in mumbai hight court then this type of fraud recruitment company will not come in existence u just go to advocate get all information regarding your problem to advocate, he will co operate you does not ask any things against him u have got fraud therefore u do i[censored] r doing thats means u r very blunt, absolutely illiterate person.
