I was working in Cummins India Ltd. From 1st Feb 2008 To 28 Feb 2012. This Health Policy is corporate policy which was provide from our Company (Cummins India Ltd) This Policy Cover whole family. My Doughter was Admitted in hospital from 29/07/2011 to 10/08/2011 & I had submit the document to Pramount on 06/09/2011. This claim sattled on 24/10/2011 but yet I have not received claim amount The Other Details are as Follos
