I am Sandeep maheshwari my complaint against Parichay departmental Stores Pvt. Ltd., HO shop no. 1&2, Kastur Park, Shimpoli Road, Borivali (west) ... I am holding coupon worth Rs. 3125/- which is going to be expired on 31st September, 2014 as return on the coupon... According to date Calendar there is no such date... Today (5th October ) I have visited at Shimfoli road borivali west shop and asked them to give the credit of the same ... They refused to give the credit of the same and told me that the above coupon were expired ... I argued as there is no such date how coupon can expire and request them to arrange meeting of higher authorities ... Instead of allowing to meet higher authorities they straight forward refused and told me they are not able to do anything ... My contact number is [protected]

Disappointing attitude of the Parichay staff
Had been to Parichay Borivali West Shimpoli Rd Shop on 14th April 2017. It was a really annoying experience. I was pretty excited for my upcoming Birthday and wanted to shop a few dresses for the same. When we went their we were welcomed with ignorance. I approached a person working their to show a few western dresses. He displayed a selective number of dresses and stopped saying 'XXL mei itne hi pieces hai.' (Nonetheless, in my previous visit I was shown a variety of outfits in the same size). I kept aside a dress and asked a person over there to help with some ethnics. The previous person disappeared god knows where. He was too busy in winding up on that neatly arranged glass table. I waited for some time and finally decided to walk out in rage. Though my husband reminded them while leaving they were hardly concerned about it. I walked out and tore off the vouchers that I earned out of previous shopping.
