[Resolved]  Park Town Benefit Fund — Repayment of our deposited amount

Respected Sir,

My parents V.Jayabal & Mrs.J.Sarala, Depositors at M/s.Park Town Benefit Fund Ltd, have deposited their meager savings and an outstanding amount of Rs.68,849/- has to be received from PTBF as per the Pensioners Welfare Scheme (Depositor's Account no. : 17409 - [Bcode-T95] & Share no. : 228552).

As per the High Court orders on 03.12.2007, PTBF agreed to pay the outstanding amount of Rs.68,849/- as per scheme 1.4(e) (100% Payment Scheme) .

The Fund paid Rs.3,442 (5%) as 1st installment as per the schedule and after that only 2 installments were paid.

But now we have an outstanding due of Rs.52,581/- for which they dodge my parents and almost give irresponsible and hurting replies, at their old age my parents run to their present office at 28, Agraharam street, Chindadripet, Chennai - 600002 (Ph:[protected].

Though I have written a request letter which was couriered to them on 4/02/10, we did not receive any reply from them.

Sir, please, I request your good selves to kindly help my parents to get back their meager amount of valuable hard savings from this Park Town Benefit Fund. Also please guide me with the process of taking this issue further.

please tell me how to reach Park Town Benefit Fund Company...
20-years before my grandpa deposited 600rs in PTBF now only we had seen that receipt could we clime that money..?

Even my sister in law (age 76) she also invested Rs 60000/= not even a single paise has been repaid.
i requested even that if it is repaid it will be use full for her last days of life, now she is no more but the curse will be on them, only god can take care of this kind of people.

I Have deposited 580 INR on gift deposit scheme for four Kids at that time for a period 20yrs. As per rules, I should receive 40000 INR by 31st of March 2015 for each deposit totalling Rs1.6 lakhs. . Could you please suggest me the best possible way to reach Park town.

please let me know what to do for getting the matured money back to my account.
