We got one surgery done in this TPA Networked hospital under medicalim Insurance. Hospital asked us to deposit some security amount which we did. At time of discharge & once payment approval from TPA has come in, the Hospital refused to return the security amount citing dubious reasons. They even threatened to manhandle my parents & showed a very rude & unprofessional behaviour. They literally gone back to what was agreed package & asked the surgeon ( employee of hospital) who did negotiation earlier to get out of picture. Pasricha Hospital management was very greedy & did not know how to deal with patients. They were of the view that patient must pay something from their pocket as well in case of insurance cases.

I would advise patiens to be cautious while relying on verbal assurance.

the Apollo Munick insurance company had agreed for the knee replacement surgery of patient only on condition that hospital will recover 10% of the total bill from patient and that is why some advance money was deposited . Patient wanted that hospital should over inflate the bill by 10% so that company pays more and nothing goes from their pocket . This over billing was not acceptable to the hospital and despite an excellent surgery, roudy behaviour on the part of patient was not tolerated by hospital . Hence the complaint is frivulous .
