Thieves,cheats,frauds-Passin elite. Theare fraud builder. They will book flat to multipale person. One dump who pays higest at end will own the flat. Sometimes they sell to Multioale peopele too with fake documents. They will run like a huch dog for getting your booking money. Once your cheque is cleared, they will aviod you and search for another booking for the same flat. They will cheat you. I booked a flat in Passion elite in Electronicity. They have taken 13 Lac rupees as booking amount. Can you think how many days savings will make 13Lac rupees? I took 4 years to make this money. But these frauds took it at a single instant. I have lost my mental stability and so i have lost my job too. i am writing this to make aware all the peopele not to get trap with such Passion Ventures. Please be aware this frauds. Hello, I would request anyone not to invest your hard earned money in Passion Elite. The marketing guys are very cunning Farhan and Sayeed. But once booking is done youll face problems. It is not minor problem. The construction quality is very very poor and there are cracks in all the walls. Just go to the top floor and verify for yourself the cracks in flats 302, 303 etcThey have used very cheap quality. Dont invest here unless you want to ruin your life. Take this as sincere advise.
