[Resolved]  Passport Application — cancellation for passport application

dear sir/ madam
i tariq mehbood have applied for fresh passport in 2004 my both enquiries LIU enquiry nad police station enquiry have been done LIU enquiry was done by I.P Singh (Moradabad) and police station enquiry was done by Sub inspector Siyaram tomar (thana Mughalpura) but when i was unable to get he passport i approach to website and found the information that " i was abscent in the police enquiry" i filled the PP form for two times but still i have not get my passport now i have missed my file no now i want to cancel my old application and want to apply fresh once again so please tell me the proceadure to apply once again should i cancel the first application or i can apply generally or what is the proceadure to cancel th application.
